They will provide direct service at the Help & Information Desk, assist in the supervision and training of student workers, and ensure a high level of customer service, responding to all user queries via phone, email, and LibAnswers, in accordance with library business standards. They will assist in developing training documentation and workflows and contribute to the circulation, access and privileges, resource sharing, reserves, and collections maintenance operations of the department.
