The Chelmsford Public Library is looking for a full-time Head of Reference and Technology Resources. We need someone to help with the website, online and print resources, technology planning and training, collection development and traditional reference services. They will manage a small Reference team of librarians, specialists, pages and subs. This position reports to the Library Director and works collaboratively as part of the management team of 4 Department Heads, 2 Assistant Directors, a Technology/Facilities Manager and the Director.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience in a public library, preferably some in a Reference Department
Two years of supervisory experience 
Experience with website management and CMS platforms

Salary Range

$57,591.00 – $81,853.00  /  year

Salary Notes

This is a ten step salary, placement on that scale will DOQ
