Librarians on our team collaborate with faculty, graduate students, academic units, research center personnel, and colleagues to provide customized library services for scholarly communication and research throughout the entire research lifecycle; from literature searching to data management to navigating the publishing world to tracking the impact and outcomes of one’s research. The Lamar Soutter Library is a vital partner with the School of Medicine, Graduate School of Nursing, Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and its multi-site clinical partner, UMass Memorial Health Care, and its six member hospitals and multiple clinical sites in supporting educational, clinical, and research activities. The Library is recognized nationally as a leader in services for evidence-based medicine, systematic reviews, research data management, research impact, library publishing, and oversees the medical school’s archives and institutional repository, eScholarship@UMassChan. The Library is also the holder of the National Library of Medicine New England Region 7 grant and the National Public Health Coordinating Office (NPHCO).

How to apply:
