Client Services Researcher(Boston, MA)

Keystone Partners, Boston, MA, is seeking a Client Services Researcher to be a core member of the Essex Client Services team with responsibility for conducting and producing high quality research in response to client and partner requests. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct business research for clients and partners including target company lists, interview preparation, executive backgrounds, industry overviews, shopper dossiers, and other business research and specific requests.
  • Identify new research resources, articles, and books and share them with partners and clients.
  • Assist in ad hoc research requests from the sales team, parent company, and other company divisions.
  • Generate targeted recruiter lists for client electronic and USPS mailings.
  • Answer questions from clients regarding website resources and office technology.
  • Assist with research special projects
  • Maintain and track office subscriptions.

Education / Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited program preferred,
  • Minimum of three years progressively responsible research experience in a corporate or academic setting.
  • Experience learning and/or using research databases such as Capital IQ, Crunchbase, D&B Hoovers, or Mint Global.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and time management skills, and ability to prioritize work.

This position will work between 15 to 25 hours / week.  Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on level of experience.
