The Town of Needham is currently recruiting for several positions through the organization. Those jobs include:
- Management Analyst, Department of Public Works – Starting Range: $65,403 – $79,053
- This position supervises the day-to-day financial transactions within the Department of Public Works. The Management Analyst also assists in preparation and oversight of the Department’s budget and provides other administrative functions, including oversight of personnel, payroll and accounting functions.
- Benefits Administrator, Human Resources Department – Starting Range: $59,319 – $76,986
- The Town of Needham is seeking a highly qualified candidate to join the Human Resources team in the role of Benefits Administrator. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Benefits Administrator will provide professional and administrative duties related to active employee and retiree benefits. This position requires strong organizational skills to administer the full cycle of benefits processes, from enrollment, to activation of payroll deductions, to auditing of invoices and rosters. The candidate should be a highly responsive and clear communicator. Finally, the candidate should show a history of taking ownership in their work and initiative to identify and implement solutions independently.
