Steps to take BEFORE Monday:
– Log in to the conference Whova site: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/nahsl_202110/ ,
bookmark it and get familiar with it. The Whova App is not required – the Whova website
will give you a full-featured experience. 
– See the Whova User Guide for tips: https://whova.com/pages/whova-app-user-guide/
– If possible, download the Chrome browser to run Whova. Some streaming software may
have compatibility issues with other browsers
– Review the Agenda to see which poster sessions and networking sessions you’d like to
attend.
– Update your Whova profile with your photo and check out the Community discussion
boards. 


Please note a few updates to the schedule: 
– Optional technology check-in starting at 9:00 am for those who want to make sure their
settings are correct before the conference gets underway.
– Monday welcome session will now start at 9:45 am.
Maximize your conference experience
– Close all other applications – Whova can slow down your computer.
– Remember to mute and hide video to save bandwidth on entering a room. Only unmute
and show your face if planning on speaking in that moment (e.g. in a networking
session).
– Use chat in Whova to talk and ask questions.
-Refresh the session by simply refreshing the browser page
