[CLOSED] Research Librarian for the Social and Health Sciences (RLSHS), Sacred Heart University Library, Fairfield, CT

Description:

The Sacred Heart University Library seeks a creative, knowledgeable, and user-oriented Research Librarian for the Social and Health Sciences (RLSHS). Working with other librarians and reporting to the Director of the Center for Health Education Library, this librarian will provide innovative reference, instruction, and collection development services for programs in the Colleges of Health Professions and Nursing as well as for selected social science programs in the College of Arts & Sciences. The RLSHS will actively engage with faculty, students, and staff to support effective teaching and learning.  This librarian will produce and revise library research guides and tutorials and will work with university instructional designers to construct online learning modules. The position will require a highly organized and flexible individual with a sound understanding of instruction and research methods, and a strong commitment to collaboration and innovation.
