Successful applicant with share five K-8 school libraries with other MPS full time K-8 Librarian(s) to fulfill our mission to promote a lifelong love of reading for our students, to empower them with the tools to critically examine and evaluate information, and to encourage them to explore our increasingly diverse world with an open and inquisitive mind.

Qualifications: DESE licensed in Library (All Levels) required

Reports to: Building Principal, Director of Instructional Technology

Salary: Commensurate with Malden Public Schools’ teacher salary schedule (https://malden.massteacher.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/58/2019/09/FY20-Teacher-Contractual-Salary-tables.pdf)

Full/Part Time: Full Time
