Description:

This is opportunity begins immediately. You will moderate an in-person user study with both English- and Spanish-speaking participants, translate participant feedback into English, and assist with data analysis and report creation. 

This role can possibly become a long-term assignment.   

You will work from home full time with support from our research and recruiting staff.  

Key responsibilities: 

·       Moderating user research studies 

·       Analyzing study data 

·       Creating research reports 

Requirements: 

·       Must have fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish. 

·       Must have excellent spoken and written communications.   

·       Must be a self-starter. This is an absolute must as this role requires one to actively be talking to people and following up with leads.   

·       Must be able to follow privacy and security guidelines. We handle personal and private information and have very strict requirements for information handling.   

·       US citizens only. Proof of US citizenship required.   

·       Must be willing to submit to and able to pass a background check.  

Compensation: 

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
