As a member of the ACRL Diversity Alliance, UT Libraries is pleased to offer this three-year academic librarian position for an early-career librarian or archivist from a historically underrepresented community. The residency program will provide specialized training, continuing education, and mentorship based on the resident’s professional interests and goals. The wide range of work experience gained through this position will enable the resident to build essential skills and plan career path options. The resident will enrich UT Libraries by bringing in new ideas and perspectives, contribute to projects and strategic initiatives, and support UT Libraries commitment to building a diverse workforce and fostering diversity in the profession.
