The Dalhousie School of Information Management (SIM) invites applications for a 2-year term appointment at the level of Lecturer or Assistant Professor, commencing July 1, 2021.

The School offers graduate programs and contributes to a joint undergraduate program. At the graduate level, SIM provides the American Library Association-accredited Master of Information (MI) program, and the mid-career online Master of Information Management (MIM) program. The School also participates in Dalhousie University’s Master of Digital Innovation and Interdisciplinary PhD programs. At the undergraduate level, the School provides core and elective courses in the Bachelor of Management program, notably in the Managing Data and Information major. Members of the School conduct varied, collaborative, impactful research.

The School is part of the multidisciplinary Faculty of Management, with the Schools of Public Administration, Resource and Environmental Studies and the Rowe School of Business.
