Consultant for the Records Management team.  Experience with electronic records management, supports legal department in the processing of legal holds, governs and supports process for Corporate Box Records.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Procurement to review new Contract Engagements for Risk assessment related to Records Management
  • Work with Management to develop and execute departmental strategy and annual objectives
  • Use modern approaches and technology to identify company records in a variety of different sources
  • Ensure those records are being reviewed and retained appropriately, and help the business eliminate ROT (Redundant, Outdated, and Trivial) from our existing environment.  
  • Work with business partners to find creative ways to educate the workforce of records management policies and procedures, to support appropriate retention and disposition.
