Description:

Under the direction of the Support Services Administrator, the Programmer/Analyst III will be the primary application administrator for VBPL’s Integrated Library System (ILS), which is the database that integrates circulation, catalog of materials, acquisitions functions, customer accounts, system reports, and data related activities; provides support for system maintenance, downtime, and issues.

Assist staff and customers with issues related to the ILS and peripheral hard and software applications; run and sustain reporting systems; provides support for system maintenance, downtime, perform maintenance and upgrades and keep updates on latest enhancements to software; systems modifications and interfaces to include analysis, design, development/coding, testing, implementation, and documentation; troubleshoot staff and customer problems, issues and concerns; and administer daily tasks in support of the systems. This is a full time position. Salary is between $62,025.60 – $94,036.80, depending on experience.
